Nice interview Gera. Enjoyed the insight. I think my hubby aka the carnivore, should be living over there in Uruguay. Oh and that Milanesa, looks so so good.

The picture of the Solis Theatre is really beautiful and as well as the milanesa one (that’s right it’s made from beef meat, chicken or fish, but principally about cow meat – delicious the napolitana version)
