Food Combining Breakfast Menu
Breakfast menu that fits in food combining is fresh fruit. It Can be sliced fruit, fruit salad, juice, lassi (fruit juice added with yogurt) or a smoothie (fruit juice is made thick, and usually mixed with bananas). Because, fruit provides ready-made energy, in the form of fruit sugar (fructose), which can be easily digested and absorbed by the body efficiently, without draining the energy metabolism. Yogurt and Fruits
