Both these com­pounds help shrink­ing the lev­els of “bad cho­les­terol” LDL and knocked out fat deposits in blood ves­sels, so the risk of stroke and heart attack can be reduced. This effi­cacy is what makes choco­late good to your heart health.

One way to reap the ben­e­fits of choco­late is, brewed Cocoa pow­der with boil­ing water. Cover, let stand until warm. Give just a lit­tle honey to reduce the sense of bitterness.
